Larry Shaub, CPA,CPP, CHRS President, Tax Director
AccuPay was founded by Larry Shaub, a Greenwood CPA who believes a local payroll services firm, staffed with Certified Payroll Professionals and CPA/advisors, can provide employers with higher quality, more personal payroll services than the national payroll service bureaus.
Larry is currently serving full-time as AccuPay’s Tax Director, ensuring that all payroll taxes are accurately/timely paid and reported. Larry also researches various tax laws as they impact compensation and benefits, and helps our clients comply with continually updated tax laws/regulations. Larry is also our “resident tax notice expert,” with a goal of completely resolving all payroll tax notices “same day.” Additionally, Larry is a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist and helps our clients design the most effective Affordable Care Act strategy.
Larry and his wife, Barbara, lived over 30 years in the Center Grove community before moving in 2013 to the Fishers/Geist area. Larry and Barb had 3 awesome adult children and 11 “totes cray cray” grandchildren. Larry and Barb enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.
Laura Buchanan, PHR, Payroll Specialist
Laura joined the AccuPay team in November 2015 as a payroll specialist. Laura previously worked in Human Resources for 4 years. She earned her bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Indiana University. Laura has also earned her Professional in Human Resources certification in January 2014. She lives in Greenwood with her husband, Buck, and her two children William and Parker.
Heather Conrad, CPP, Operations Director
Heather joined the AccuPay team in 2012. She has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and over ten years experience in accounting. Heather processes some of our most complex payrolls and leads the AccuPay processing team. Clients and co-workers appreciate her attention to detail and calm, confident nature. She is an active member at Mt. Auburn United Methodist Church and enjoys spending time with her family. Heather lives in Greenwood with her two sons, Donnie and William.
Kirsten Crafton, Payroll Coordinator
Kirsten joined the AccuPay team in June 2016 as Payroll Coordinator. Kirsten was previously in the Mortgage industry, and has enjoyed the career transition into the Payroll world. She is a volunteer “Big” (mentor) in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. In her spare time, Kirsten loves music/concerts, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Melissa Edwards, Payroll Specialist
Melissa joined AccuPay in November 2013 as a Payroll/Wrap-Up Assistant, and within a year was promoted to full-time Payroll Specialist. Melissa, who holds more than 10 years of accounting experience, is appreciated by her co-workers and clients for her attention to detail as well as her sense of humor. She is an active member of Community Church of Greenwood, and enjoys attending hockey games with her husband, Nick, and two sons Peyton and Heath.
Vickie Foltz, Project Manager/Customer Relations AccuPay One
Vickie joined the AccuPay One team in 2016. She brought with her 18 years of experience in Time and Labor Management. She has a degree in Organizational Communications from IUPUI and two Associate degrees from Ball State University. She actively volunteers throughout the Indianapolis area. She now lives on the south side with her high school sweetheart, Rick. She enjoys football, gardening and reading under the perfect shade tree in her backyard.
Marta Foster, Implementation Specialist
Marta joined the AccuPay team in February 2012, bringing with her 20 years of payroll experience. Prior to coming to AccuPay, Marta worked as a payroll specialist for another local payroll company, where her clients praised her for her personal attention to their individual accounts. Currently, Marta leads AccuPay’s Implementation Team and continues to work with payroll clients. A long-time Greenwood resident, enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters and playing an occasional round of golf.
Megan Hart, CPP, AccuPay One Payroll Specialist
Megan joined the AccuPay team in September 2013. She double majored in Business Marketing and Business Management at Franklin College. Shortly after joining our team, she earned her accreditation as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association. Megan is our lead processor in our AccuPayOne workforce management system assisting clients with TLM, payroll, and reporting. She lives in Trafalgar with her husband, Evan, and son, Tripp. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, riding bikes, reading and planning outdoor activities.
Amy Hartwell, MBA, Director of Client Care and Training
Amy started with AccuPay in April 2013. She holds her MBA with concentrations in Management, HR, and Accounting. In April 2017 Amy transitioned to the Director of Client Care and Training. She now helps clients and prospects streamline their processes so they can focus more on their business. Amy’s co-workers appreciate her positive attitude and friendly nature. Amy enjoys photography and playing softball. Amy lives in Greenwood with her husband, Travis, and their two children, Cassidy and Tanner.
Angie Hayden, Office Manager
Angie joined the AccuPay/Shaub CPA Group team in July of 2009. Clients enjoy her fun, upbeat personality when they come to visit. Angie manages the business administration of our fast-paced office, as well as a variety of client services.
Angie loves to travel and is an excellent cook – a talent her co-workers greatly appreciate! She and her husband, Chad, live in Franklin Township.
Angela Meredith, Payroll Implementation Specialist
Angela joined the AccuPay team in March of 2017 as a Payroll Implementation Specialist, bringing with her 20 years of payroll and HR (benefits) experience. Angela has an Associate’s Degree of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. She lives in Morgantown with her husband Jamie, her two children Hunter and Gracee, and her Golden Retriever Bailey. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
Max Mielke, Director, HRIS Implementations
Specializing in the implementation of time and labor management systems, Max Mielke has worked with a wide array of business types from manufacturing to healthcare. Max had worked in the Time and Labor industry for 5 years, 4 of which have been with the AccuPay One HRIS system. Designing, building, and executing on policies of varying levels of complexity, Max approaches each problem holistically to make sure the solution makes sense to achieve increased productivity and meets customer goals. Whether it is working with top executives or hourly staff, Max strives to be accessible and to make the system usable for all end users. End user acceptance is the one and only metric Max utilizes to determine a project’s success.
Gina O’Dell, Payroll Specialist
Gina joined the AccuPay team in September of 2015 as a Payroll Specialist. Gina has over 25 years of experience in accounting. She lives on the Southside of Indianapolis. Gina has adult twin sons, Ryan and Eric, and two “fur babies”, Charlie and Colby. Gina is a member of Kappa Kappa Sigma Sorority and enjoys volunteering for their charities. She enjoys cooking, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Dede Oliver, Payroll Specialist
Dede joined the AccuPay team in August of 2015 as a Payroll Specialist. Dede has over 10 years of experience in Accounting and is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She lives in Trafalgar with her husband, Mike, and they have two adult children, Megan and Michael. Dede is a member of Friedens UCCC and enjoys spending time with her family.
Lisa Reed, SPHR, CPP, MBA, Director of Excellence
Lisa came to AccuPay in 2009 after working 9 years in the banking industry. Lisa serves as AccuPay’s “Director of Excellence,” which includes staff training and development, new client implementation, and marketing support. Lisa also leads AccuPay’s ChurchPay Pros division. As the wife of a pastor for 20 years, Lisa knows the special payroll and tax issues specific to churches and clergy firsthand. An undergraduate of Cincinnati Christian University (Bible College), Lisa earned her MBA with a dual concentration in Marketing and Human Resources in 2003, her Certified Payroll Professional designation in 2010, and her Senior Professional in Human Resources in 2011. Originally from the Fort Wayne area, Lisa and her husband, Dion, now live in New Whiteland and enjoy attending the sporting events of their three children, Brady, Emily, and Makenna.
Diane Robertson, Payroll Specialist/Trainer
Diane has been with AccuPay since 2006. She currently “telecommutes” working primarily from home processing payrolls, giving online demos, and training AccuPay’s new and existing clients. Her clients appreciate the personal attention she gives them, and her willingness to “go the extra mile” to meet their needs. Diane resides on the south side of Indianapolis with her husband, Larry, and their five young children.
Geoff Shaub, Payroll Consultant
Geoff joined the AccuPay team as a Payroll Consultant in mid-2011 after serving small businesses for several years in the insurance industry. His passion is to partner with business owners to discover their needs and provide solutions to help their business operate more efficiently. Geoff is an avid runner and is active at Northview Church in Carmel. He and his wife, Chera, live in Westfield with their three children, Julia, Matthew, and Lucy.
Brooke Williamson, Payroll Specialist
Brooke joined the AccuPay team in October 2014, moving into a Payroll Specialist position in the Spring of 2016. Brooke is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management. She lives on the south side of Indianapolis with her husband, Beau, and daughter, Addi, where they attend Sts Francis and Clare Catholic Church. Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, including chocolate lab, Carter, as well as crafting and going to concerts.
Betsy Wilson, Tax & Escrow Specialist
Betsy joined the AccuPay team in February 2016 as Tax and Escrow Specialist after a career in Human Resources. She earned her Professional in Human Resources certification in January 2014. Betsy has a bachelor’s degree in General Studies. She lives in Greenwood with her husband, Jeremy, and is an active member of Greenwood Presbyterian Church. Betsy enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
