Custom reporting has never been easier. Unlike most payroll platforms that include “clunky” report writers with limited options, every screen in our robust Human Capital Management Suite can be turned into a customized report. Add or remove columns, group or sort data, then save as a default to easily pull the same report with new data anytime you need it. You can even save the report settings and allow other users in your organization to view it. Export any report in the format of your choice – Excel, PDF, HTML, XML, CSV, etc. or send directly through email to your CPA, third-party-administrator, etc.
AccuPay’s HCM system includes Integrated Document Storage. This allows a company to store documents directly within the application. Whether data relates to Human Resources Management, Payroll, or Time and Labor Management, this feature offers a useful, centralized way to keep and distribute data pertaining to key processes within the company. AccuPay uses this feature to automatically upload client’s quarterly and annual payroll returns/reports directly into the online application.
AccuPay understands that payroll impacts multiple aspects of your business. AccuPay’s professional staff includes several QuickBooks ProAdvisors who can map your payroll data to your existing QuickBooks general ledger. This option is available on either of our payroll software platforms. Our team, led by Dede Oliver, CPP, will review your chart of accounts and implement your GL codes into the payroll system, which will then automatically create and email you an iif file after every payroll is finalized!

For our clients who don’t use Quickbooks, AccuPay can provide custom reports and basic exports that will assist you and/or your accountant with your payroll journal entry. AccuPay can provide you with a basic GL report or customize it with your own account codes. Just send us a copy of your last payroll journal entry. We can break down earnings, deductions, and/or taxes and then provide totals by department or division. Export options are available in csv or txt.
AccuPay partners with clients and TPA’s to ensure retirement plan contributions are handled correctly. Whether you use our basic payroll system or utilize the HCM software, our team will assist you in correctly setting up employee deductions and any employer match for automated calculation each payroll. (We will even request a copy of your plan to ensure we are in compliance with your specific plan rules!)
After payroll is processed, AccuPay can provide additional assistance by emailing you a custom export (set up in advance with the assistance of your TPA) to be uploaded to your 401k Plan website; creating a check payment we will mail to the vendor with a report of all contribution details; or even hand keying contribution/wage data into the appropriate website. AccuPay will ensure any payments/reports handled by us are submitted timely per IRS regulations.
AccuPay works with multiple partners to assist you with required Workers Comp Insurance and reporting. Based on the payroll option you choose with AccuPay, we will provide you with contact information of one of our “Pay-As-You-Go” Workers Comp providers. Once approved for coverage, we will then build a custom export that we will either send to you or upload on your behalf after each payroll. Premiums will then be deducted directly from the insurance company, creating an easy, stress-free process for you!
