

AccuPay is very excited to announce our new Workforce Management Suite, SaaShr by Kronos. This suite, comprised of payroll, time and labor management, ACA reporting and human resources makes it possible to manage all aspects of your workforce through one web-based application. From recruitment to off-boarding, the suite uses intuitive employee and manager self-service (ESS and MSS) features that empower employees. A robust exporting engine lets managers customize reports, address employee issues directly, and dynamically view and export data in a variety of formats. Our single-database Workforce Management Suite is available anytime, anywhere from your web browser or mobile device. All data is “real-time” and seamlessly integrates between HR, Payroll, and Time and Labor Management, allowing you to see the full picture of your operations whenever you need to. Additional services are available through the online Marketplace, including an Affordable Care Act reporting module to keep you in compliance with fast-approaching reporting requirements.

- Geospatial Tax Identification – Using geographic coordinates of the employee’s home and/or the employer’s address, our cutting-edge software will accurately pinpoint which state/local taxes apply to each employee. The system will even take into account any reciprocity agreements between states.
- Real-time reporting allows you to view your payroll before it is finalized. See exactly how an employee’s pay stub will look before it is processed! Cash requirements are also available before processing.
- Simplified reports/exports – Create reports out of any data in the system and export as an Excel, PDF, HTML, or CSV file.
- Single Data Entry between payroll, HR, and TLM – new hires entered through HR will be available in payroll!

AccuPay will still provide the same exceptional service to our small business clients who may not need the advanced features of our new system. Clients may still call in, fax, or phone in payroll as they always have. Our base payroll fees will remain consistent with what you are used to. We anticipate that we will begin moving larger clients (after demoing the system to them) to the new system as soon as October of this year. More information will be available in the coming months including opportunities to view and train on the new system.
