Larry Shaub, CPP, CHRS, Founder, Tax Director & ACA Consultant
AccuPay was founded by Larry Shaub, a retired Greenwood CPA who believes a local payroll and HR services firm, staffed with Certified Payroll Professionals and credentialed HR advisors, can provide employers with higher quality, more personal and responsive services than the national payroll/HCM companies.
Larry is currently serving as AccuPay’s Founder, Tax Director & ACA Consultant, ensuring that all payroll taxes are accurately/timely paid and reported. Larry also researches various tax laws as they impact compensation and benefits, and helps our clients comply with continually updated tax laws/regulations. Larry is also our “resident tax notice expert,” with a goal of completely resolving all payroll tax notices “same day.” Additionally, Larry is a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist and helps our clients design the most effective Affordable Care Act strategy.
Larry and his wife, Barbara, lived over 30 years in the Center Grove community before moving in 2013 to the Fishers/Geist area. Larry and Barb have 3 awesome adult children and 11 grandchildren. Larry and Barb enjoy traveling and spending time with their family. Email Larry.

Gina Roehling, Operations Manager/QB Advisor
Gina is the ultimate multi-tasker at AccuPay, serving as our Director of Operations, Payroll Specialist, and General Ledger expert all rolled into one. From streamlining day-to-day workflows and making payroll processes stress-free for our clients, to mapping payroll data to the ledger, ensuring every debit, credit, and dollar lands where it belongs. She genuinely loves turning messy financial puzzles into perfectly balanced sheets. When the payroll is finalized and the ledger is closed, you can find Gina boating or spending time with her grandkids.

Lisa Reed, SPHR, CPP, MBA, Tax/Banking Manager
Lisa came to AccuPay in 2009 after working 9 years in the banking industry. Lisa serves as AccuPay’s Tax Manager. She is primarily responsible for the day to day activities of AccuPay’s Tax Department, but also provides support/guidance in all other areas of the business. Lisa also leads AccuPay’s ChurchPay Pros division. As the wife of a pastor for over 30 years, Lisa knows the special payroll and tax issues specific to churches and clergy firsthand. An undergraduate of Cincinnati Christian University (Bible College), Lisa earned her MBA with a dual concentration in Marketing and Human Resources in 2003, her Certified Payroll Professional designation in 2010, and her Senior Professional in Human Resources in 2011. Dee Walters, Project Manager
Dee joined the AccuPay team in December 2019 as a Project Manager. Prior to joining AccuPay, Dee worked for many HCM Software companies including ADP and iSolved and brings over 25yrs experience to the team. Dee is responsible for project managing a successful onboarding experience for our clients who have purchased multi feature functionality and leading our implementation team. She also supports our sales team by partnering with them on prospect meetings and demos. Dee takes pride in providing our clients with solutions that support their business needs and future growth.
Dee currently lives in New Palestine, IN. with her husband Jack. She enjoys taking long motorcycle rides with her husband, and they both do volunteer work for various organizations in support of our Military Veterans.

Katie Short, Accounting and Tax Coordinator
Katie joined Accupay in 2020, bringing over 20 years experience in Accounting and Tax research. She is a proud graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a bachelors degree in Mathematics.
Katie is an avid runner, and lives in Greenwood with her husband and two children. She also enjoys traveling and reading.

Luis Hone, TLM Implementation Specialist
Luis Joined AccuPay in April 2019 after having worked for Top Fortune 500 Payroll/TLM software companies such as ADP and Kronos for more than 10 years, having mastered several enterprise and medium size Time and Labor systems such as Kronos Workforce Central, Kronos Workforce Ready and more recently a new Time and Labor system named Isolved based in Utah. With a passion in serving our clients and to great detail Luis serves both as an Implementation Consultant and Technical Support Specialist for our Time and Labor systems.
Luis and his daughter Krysta and their two dogs Marley and Zoe enjoy camping and hiking as often as possible.
Luis is proud and happy to have joined the AccuPay family whose well-known passion for customer service always goes above and beyond.

Tisha joined AccuPay in May 2026 as an HR & Payroll Consultant, bringing 10 years of experience in the HCM industry, including time with ADP. She enjoys partnering with businesses and their teams to understand their unique needs and finding solutions that work for them. Providing exce
ptional customer service is a top priority for Tisha, and she truly enjoys meeting new people each day and hearing their stories.
Outside of work, family is Tisha’s greatest priority. She’s lived in Fishers for more than 25 years with her husband, Eric, with whom she shares three daughters, Makenzie, Makayla, and Macy, and they are now enjoying the newest addition to their family, a granddaughter, Saylor. Much of the couple’s time over the years has been spent cheering on their girls in sports. They’ve been fortunate to travel across the country watching them compete in club sports and, more recently, at the college level.

Geoff joined the AccuPay team as a Payroll Consultant in mid-2011 after serving small businesses for several years in the insurance industry. His passion is to partner with business owners to discover their needs and provide solutions to help their business operate more efficiently. Jessica joined the AccuPay team in 2020, providing support as an HR/Benefits Implementation Specialist on our iSolved platform. Prior to joining AccuPay, Jessica worked in Human Resources and Accounting for several years. Jessica is a graduate of St. Mary of the Woods College with a Bachelors’ degree in Human Resource Management and a Masters’ in Leadership Development. Originally from Illinois, Jessica now lives on the West side of Indianapolis with her husband Michael, and their children – Chance, Mya, and Donovan. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family watching movies, visiting nearby parks, and traveling.

Laura joined the AccuPay team in November 2015 as a payroll specialist. Prior to joining AccuPay, Laura previously worked in Human Resources for 4 years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Indiana University. Laura has also achieved her Professional in Human Resources and SHRM certification in January 2014. Additionally Laura earned her CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) accreditation in 2018. Marta Foster, Payroll Operations Asst. Manager
Marta joined the AccuPay team in February 2012, bringing with her 20 years of payroll experience. Prior to coming to AccuPay, Marta worked as a payroll specialist for another local payroll company, where her clients praised her for her personal attention to their individual accounts. Currently, Marta serves as AccuPay’s Assistant Operations Manager and continues to work with payroll clients both in implementation and payroll processing. April joined the AccuPay team in June 2026 as a Payroll Specialist, bringing with her an extensive and diverse background in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. Outside of the office, April is deeply passionate about promoting community literacy and frequently volunteers for events supporting her local libraries. A resident of Franklin, she shares her home with her fiancé and their beloved dogs and cats. When she isn’t buried in a good book, April enjoys traveling, gaming, catching scary movies, watching her comfort show The Golden Girls, and making memories with her niece and loved ones.

Megan Hart, CPP Payroll Specialist
Megan joined the AccuPay team in September 2013. She double majored in Business Marketing and Business Management at Franklin College. Shortly after joining our team, she earned her accreditation as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association. Megan is our lead processor in our AccuPayOne Human Capital Management system assisting clients with TLM, payroll, HR and reporting. Jennifer Howard, Payroll Specialist
Jennifer joined the AccuPay team in December 2019 and earned her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification in October 2025. In addition to her role as a Payroll Processor, she is involved in the implementation and training of new clients.
Jennifer resides on the south side of Indianapolis with her husband and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time hiking, gardening, as well as vacationing with her family in the mountains whenever possible.

Robert Keys, Payroll Specialist
Robert, a graduate of CGHS, lives in Center Grove and attends Mount Pleasant Christian Church. He earned his BS in Management from IUPUI in 2015. Robert came to AccuPay in 2026 with 10 years of accounting/payroll experience in variety of industries from finance to healthcare. In his spare time, he loves dogs and has a golden retriever that loves to play ball. Roberts also loves local sports, NFL/NASCAR/college sports, history, country music, and target shooting.

Diane joined the AccuPay team in September 2006 as a Payroll Specialist. She is AccuPay’s lead payroll trainer in the iSolved Human Capital Management system. She enjoys helping new and existing clients learn the system and feel confident managing their payroll needs. Diane is known for her patience, personal attention, and willingness to “go the extra mile” to help her clients. Diane lives in Shelbyville with her husband, Larry, and their seven children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafting, concerts, and spending time with her family and friends.

Debi joined the Accupay team in August 2026, bringing with her more than 25 years of management, payroll, and customer service experience with the State of Indiana. The last six years she worked at a large multi-location dealership giving her a background in payroll and financial operations.
Debi and her husband, Chuck, have 5 children and are the proud grandparents to two granddaughters. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Angie joined the AccuPay team in July of 2009. Clients enjoy her fun, upbeat personality when they come to visit. Angie manages the business administration of our fast-paced office, as well as a variety of client services.
